Lead Carpenter

Seeking a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity  in Madison, WI.

Salary starts at $25 - $35/h hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter:

• New construction framing and finish work
• Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively.
• Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.
• Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site.
• Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline.
• Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter: 

• 3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience required
• Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent
