<p>As our Quality Supervisor, you will be the guardian of product integrity during manufacturing. You’ll lead a team of skilled inspectors, ensuring that every component and process meets rigorous specifications before moving to the next stage. Your leadership will directly influence product consistency, reduce defects, and safeguard our reputation for excellence.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise daily in-process inspections across multiple production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.</li> <li>Develop and maintain inspection protocols, checklists, and sampling plans tailored to each product line.</li> <li>Monitor critical control points and address deviations in real time to prevent non-conforming products from advancing.</li> <li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.</li> <li>Train and mentor quality inspectors on inspection techniques, measurement tools, and documentation best practices.</li> <li>Review and approve inspection records, ensuring accuracy and completeness for audit readiness.</li> <li>Lead daily quality huddles to communicate priorities, share findings, and reinforce quality culture.</li> <li>Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, data, and process demonstrations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, GMP, or industry-specific regulations.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and visual inspection techniques.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventing defects.</li> <li>Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear reporting.</li> <li>Proficiency in using quality management systems (QMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000</p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em><u>AAP/EEO Statement</u></em></strong></p> <p><em>Astrodyne TDI is an Equal Opportunity / Affirm
