Key Focus Areas

• The Data Governance Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role integral to enhancing data governance processes and driving daily and weekly reporting, procedures and other relevant documents.

• The Ideal Candidate will work with partners within Treasury and Trade Solution (TTS), Finance, Markets other business units.

• The individual collaborates with cross-functional teams, integrating subject matter expertise within a defined area to achieve organizational goals.

• This role requires to provide constant support to the team in Data Concern Management, small and mid-size remediation projects and other activities.

• The position significantly influences business decisions through expert advisory and facilitation services, directly impacting operational efficiency and data quality.

• The role is pivotal in supporting the Data Governance team in vertical and horizontal management of communications to internal, local and global stakeholders.

• The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask and handle complex tasks as required.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Gather and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis.

• Develop, maintain, and update reports and dashboards to support informed business decision-making.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies and performance improvements.

• Provide customized ad-hoc reports and analyses for departmental leaders as required.

• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions to maintain data integrity in all reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure deliverables align with departmental objectives.

• Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes, tools, and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

•  Prepare and present complex data findings and insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.

• Track industry trends and competitive benchmarks, providing insights to inform business strategies.

•  Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices, address data quality concerns, and promote transparency for data-driven decision-making.

• Provide support in small and mid-size data remediation projects.

• Track the progress of all the TTS Ops Data Concerns in Remediation planning and Remediation execution.

Knowledge – Experience/ Qualifications

• 3 + years of relevant experience in data governance, analysis, and related fields.

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, including advanced analytical techniques and methodologies.

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage deadlines and changing requirements, it is preferred.

• Data Analysis skills from intake through Data remediation phases.

• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts and strategies successfully.

• Knowledge of any financial products such as Derivatives, Securities, Loans, Bonds, Deposits, Cash & Due, etc. is desirable.

• Ability to meet new challenges, assimilate new information and to influence people in various organization.

• Understanding and experience with e2e data flows within technology ecosystem.

• Demonstrates consistent track record of having worked as support or leading projects, or working on large, strategic cross-functional projects.
