Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support of policies, programs and training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the recruitment and hiring of clinical supervisors, including set-up and maintenance of Workday accounts.
  • Develop, maintain, and train clinical supervisors and host teachers training
  • Track training completion to ensure meeting state and accreditation requirements
  • Develop and maintain support sites and resources
  • Provide support to clinical supervisors and host teachers on general expectations and requirements. 
  • Develop, review, and maintain all resource documents, communication plans and sites pertaining to clinical supervisor and host teacher outreach. 
  • Train and calibrate observations and evaluations for student candidates in collaboration with clinical supervisors and host teachers.
  • Provide continuous support and feedback regarding the efficiency and success of the GoReact platform.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects may be assigned as the position evolves.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience supporting student clinical experience positions and/or programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in a K-12 educational setting
  • 1-2 years of prior knowledge and experience how to evaluate a teacher in a classroom
  • 1-2 years of working with Higher Education (College and University level)
  • Competent with technology, data entry, calendaring, MS Office suite, and database, or equivalent experience.
