About the Role

The Senior Repair Manager will lead end-to-end repair strategy and execution at Roku, coordinating across the entire logistics team, including returns, refurbishment, decommissioning, and disposal.

They will drive process standardization, cost and velocity improvements, and data-informed performance management across internal teams and external providers while contributing to product repair and channel expansion. They will operate within a team at the forefront of supply chain innovation, leveraging technology and analytics to shape global operations and deliver measurable impact.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Design and execute global repair strategies across the global network; define scalable systems and documentation standards for outsourced providers (3PL/4PL)
  • Lead repair operations end-to-end (refurbishment, decommissioning, disposal), ensuring timely, cost-effective, and sustainable disposition pathways and SLAs with service providers
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with repair vendors and reverse logistics service partners; oversee training and communication on process updates and expectations
  • Drive process improvements and cost reductions across repair flows; increase velocity and enhance customer experience through data-driven optimization and automation
  • Own KPI frameworks and performance management (e.g., inventory turnover, status of returns, spare parts, and repair cycles), reporting trends and actions to stakeholders
  • Coordinate spare parts and returned merchandise movement among warehouses, suppliers, and repair centers with strong inventory controls
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to meet timelines and cost targets
  • Advance sustainability in reverse/repair logistics to minimize waste and support corporate environmental goals

 

We're excited if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years in repair/logistics/supply chain with demonstrated success in strategic planning, vendor management, and process optimization
  • 3–5 years focused on repair in consumer electronics or high-tech environments
  • Proficiency with ERP (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite), data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and transportation/warehouse platforms; knowledge of inventory systems and reverse metrics
  • Strong analytical mindset, project/program leadership, and ability to manage competing priorities in a data-driven, execution-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across technical and business audiences and external partners; results-oriented team player focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with retail logistics, reverse logistics, repair operations, and EDI transactions is a plus
  • Verified process standardization across providers and sustained cost/velocity gains through automation and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrable progress on sustainability objectives (waste reduction and responsible disposition)
