Country Care is where operational excellence meets employee experience — and where you can make a real impact.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong><br/>As a Country Care HR Consultant, you’ll be the HR go-to for the BeNeLux region. You’ll combine deep knowledge of local legislation with a passion for creating a seamless employee journey. Partnering across HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Finance, IT and Global People Care, you’ll solve problems, lead process improvements, and advise leaders with confidence.</p> <p>This is not just about keeping things running — it’s about shaping HR locally while staying connected to a global network of peers across 18+ countries. You’ll bring a <i>process architect mindset</i> to simplify complexity, working hand in hand with shared services, global HCM systems, and emerging technologies/methodologies like RPA and AI to deliver consistent and efficient solutions.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the local HR subject matter expert, ensuring compliance and employee trust.</li> <li>Turn global HR strategies into real, practical solutions in country.</li> <li>Partner with Legal, HRBPs, and leaders on employee relations and legislative updates.</li> <li>Drive simplification and digitization of HR processes, with a focus on <i>process design, RPA, and AI-enabled improvements</i>.</li> <li>Resolve escalations by fixing root causes and improving processes sustainably.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with shared services teams and leverage global HCM tools to support the employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Manage local vendor relationships, contracts, and benefits programs.</li> <li>Represent HR Country Care at the local leadership table, shaping policies and governance.</li> <li>Share best practices and build connections across the global Country Care community.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Strong expertise in employee relations, benefits, and <strong>compliance</strong>.</li> <li>Proven success working in a <strong>matrix environment and fast-paced industry</strong>.</li> <li>Experience <strong>partnering with shared services</strong> and using <strong>global HCM systems.</strong></li> <li>Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear solutions with a <strong>process architect mindset.</strong></li> <li>Curiosity and openness to innovation, including <strong>RPA and AI in HR processes</strong>.</li> <li>Comfort with change and a drive for innovation.</li> <li>A problem-solving, people-first mindset that balances compliance with experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us?</strong><br/>You’ll get the best of both worlds: a global HR career with local ownership.
