Visual Merchandiser/ Interior Stylist - Hamburg Store

To support this, we’re looking for a creative and hands-on Visual Merchandiser / Interior Stylist who wants to be part of shaping this brand-new space from the very beginning. About the role:

As Interior Stylist, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring and visually strong in-store experience that reflects Nordic Nest’s Scandinavian design values. Through your work, you’ll help us create a place where customers not only shop – but feel at home.

In this role, the customer always comes first. Equally important, you will be present on the shop floor, interacting directly with customers and assisting them with any needs or questions they may have.

You will work closely with the Store Lead in Hamburg and collaborate with our creative teams in Sweden. From planning and executing visual displays and room sets, to contributing to campaigns and product launches, your role will be central in delivering a world-class customer experience that reflects timeless design, warmth, and simplicity.

Your main responsibilities;

• designing and maintaining inspiring visual merchandising and interior styling concepts – from windows to product displays and room setup

• ensuring the store reflects the Nordic Nest brand and our Scandinavian design DNA at all times

• supporting product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns with creative visual execution

• adapting in-store displays based on sales performance, customer feedback, and product availability

• actively assist customers to deliver a world-class shopping experience

• collaborating with the Store Lead and HQ teams to plan and improve the customer journey and store layout

• contributing to a welcoming, warm and design-conscious atmosphere in the store

• documenting your work through visuals and supporting communication with HQ teams

Who we’re looking for:

You are a creative soul with an eye for detail and a heart for design. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and turning ideas into beautiful, functional spaces. You're both independent and a team player, and you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

You are driven by a passion to connect with customers, guide them in finding the perfect pieces for their homes, and contribute to sales growth by offering exceptional, personalized service.

You’ll likely succeed in this role if you have:

• at least 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Interior Stylist, ideally in home & living retail

• a strong interest in Scandinavian design and lifestyle

• a portfolio or documented experience in styling and visual display work

• strong aesthetic sense, commercial thinking, and a hands-on attitude

• good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and execute under time pressure

• fluency in German and good communication skills in English
