Your role in our team:

• As Vice President (m/f/d) Regional Sales Management Self-propelled Harvesters for the Central European and Western European markets, you will act as a link between the sales regions and the product units.
• In coordination with the Senior Vice Presidents (SVP) of the regions and the SVP's of the Product Units, you will be responsible for the volume and price targets for the respective regions and products.
• You will also define measures to achieve the agreed targets.
• You coordinate market and sales support activities in the entire region.
• You will keep yourself informed about relevant market developments and report regularly to the respective Management-Teams.

 

 

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, agricultural economics or a comparable field.
• In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience in a comparable position and have initial management experience.
• Fluent in German and English is a matter of course for you, further foreign languages are desirable.
• You have advanced MS Office skills.
• You are a strong communicator with a convincing appearance, high resilience and an efficient working style.
• Your openness for new countries and cultures paired with a high willingness to travel complete your profile.
