This job is for you if:·       You as a Sr. Technical Consultant, will challenge yourself in taking the responsibility of helping an undefined territory of customers both internal and external, prospects and partners through the globe with data security implementation using Protegrity products on latest technologies either on-premises or Cloud Platforms or in a hybrid environment.·       You will help enable customer’s with data protection for sensitive data at all end points (data at rest) and new data flowing in (data in motion), with no compromise to achieving their desired business outcomes and in the process become their trusted advisor and enjoy the success of being responsible for extending Protegrity footprint.·       Success in this role will be driven based on your ever-growing curiosity to learn innovative technologies and a high level of enthusiasm in building new relationships creating value for Protegrity and our customers as well.·       You must have the ability to identify and interpret our clients/prospects business objectives, accurately present complex solutions in an informative and easily understandable fashion, either over a face to face or in virtual meetings as the opportunity persists.·       You have a BS degree or in computer science or computer applications or related field[And]·       You have 7+ years of experience in Post Sales Professional services engagements or in Level-3 customer support or have worked as a customer success engineer[or]·       You have 7+ years of experience either as a Software Engineer/developer or Software Testing Engineer or as a DBA. Experience in Data Security space is a plus.

• Be the Trusted Advisor that will closely align with other cross functional teams such as sales, customer support, solutions engineering, customer success, R&D, Product Management and obviously with peers in the Professional Services department to achieve services objectives with all customer engagements.
• Leverage technical skills and industry experience to develop and implement best practices to drive long-term retainable and sustainable customer loyalty, while building a dependable technical trust from both customer and prospect contacts.
• Must remain current in the industry and technology best practices and trends, providing value-added solutions to both internal and external customers.
