What This Position Is All About:
As the Senior Project Manager at Saks OFF 5TH, you will take a critical role in planning, executing, and managing a range of digital marketing, e-commerce, and in-store visual initiatives. Your expertise will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality digital campaigns, including website updates, email marketing, social media activations, paid media content, and in-store imagery. This role demands strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
 

As the Sr. Project Manager you will:
 

Campaign & Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end project management for digital initiatives, including email campaigns, website updates, paid media, and organic social activations and in-store visual assets.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, establish key milestones, and track timelines to ensure on-time delivery of assets.

• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, maintain detailed meeting notes, and align stakeholders on project objectives and timelines.

• Oversee content updates and change requests, ensuring any adjustments are communicated and incorporated efficiently.

• Manage approvals and track the delivery of all assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and campaign objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social, and Technology teams to align on strategy and execution.

• Troubleshoot challenges in real-time to maintain the integrity of timelines and project deliverables.

• Manage Project Management Specialist
   

Production & Asset Management:

• Partner with Site Merchandising and Technology teams to oversee QA processes and ensure flawless execution of website updates, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to release digital assets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with production schedules.

• Maintain up-to-date records of project deliverables, approvals, and timelines for easy reference and future planning.

• Monitor website performance and ensure assets are optimized for user experience and brand consistency.

You also have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management within digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar), GSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems is a plus.

• Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, website QA processes, and best practices for digital asset management.

• Project Optimization: Proven ability to streamline processes, manage resources efficiently, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
