About the role

Overview

The Americas Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications and services with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more.

 

We are looking to hire a Senior Director, Partner Go To Market Management, Americas to be a strategic business leader responsible for accelerating partner-led growth across the region by developing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies, driving partner readiness, and enabling scalable co-sell motions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. You need to bring together strategy, sales, marketing, operations, and partner ecosystems to maximize the impact of Microsoft's cloud solutions through a diverse and high-performing partner network.

 

In this role, you will lead and manage a team focused on creating long-term growth strategies, aligning partner investments and capabilities with Microsoft priorities, and translating market insights into actionable execution plans. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive go to market plans,  partner adoption of solution area strategies, launch new offerings, optimize partner experiences, and increase pipeline generation across Enterprise segments. Success requires a proven ability to influence at scale, build trusted executive relationships, and connect strategic vision with operational excellence and measurable business impact.

 

You will be a transformational leader with deep expertise in partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and business management. You will champion innovation, thought leadership, compliance, and accountability while empowering teams to deliver results through collaboration, analytics, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in shaping Microsoft's go to market strategy, expanding partner capability and capacity, and helping partners and customers realize the full value of Microsoft's cloud and AI solutions.

Strategic Planning

  • Owns and influences solutions strategies/content roadmaps (e.g., product, enablement, recruit, incentives/investments) with partners and cross-discipline stakeholders (e.g., Strategy & Operations, Partner Development Manager [PDM], by Partner Behavior (Channels, ISV, or Services) based on research and expert-level understanding of the partner’s financials and strategic priorities, as well as business, industry, and competitive landscapes. Drives high-level stakeholder engagement across the team and works to connect strategy to the broader subsidiary, region, etc., to ensure alignment of best practices across Americas and influences the globe. Manages the mapping of partner capabilities and priorities with Microsoft goals and strategies to ensure strategic alignment. Influences at a worldwide and corporate level to help drive strategic action. Envisions dynamic planning of long-term growth strategies across the organization based on identified opportunities and OKRs to drive key performance indicator (KPI) accountability against internal goals. In partnership with internal counterparts and sales teams, drives development of data-driven solution area strategy including growth targets, partner capacity, projections (e.g., reach, frequency, yield targets), and capability to co-sell and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Oversees and leads partner-centered GTM adoption and partner learning across multiple learning channels and events by driving a team in evaluating internal and external data and reports and through discussions and direct facing with senior-executive level partners, and by generating and leveraging competitive insights and collaborating with the broader virtual team and the most critical stakeholders.
