Role Fuctions

• Manage and oversee the storage and inventory of supplies and materials.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and stock evaluations to prevent shortages or surplus supplies.
• Collaborate with department heads to ascertain their supply needs and manage ordering processes accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage environment to comply with company standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to receive and distribute goods in a timely manner.
• Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and provide suggestions for stock improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience within the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
