IT Business Analyst, Senior

Role Summary:

Support data process leads with data acquisition, normalization, and publishing activities, and provide data reporting services to the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

- Extract required data from ERP or other IT systems.
- Ensure high level accuracy of acquired data.
- Provide high quality data reporting services.
- Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization activities.
- Support data process leads in KPI maturity roadmaps.
- Exclusively work with standardized design format files and mapping templates.
- Support the setup of a ticket system to take in and manage data processing service requests.
- Complete data processing service requests within target lead-times.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5–7 years relevant experience
- Experience in data analysis activities.
- Should possess high level of affinity with ERP and other IT systems (ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Power BI, MS Office).
- Skills in SQL DB, Data Engineering & Data Analytics
- Able to influence stakeholders to achieve the desired results.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

- Project management or leadership experience.

- Manufacturing industry experience.
