Join our Valuation & Advisory team and take the lead on strategic real estate projects across sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Offices, Logistics, Living, and Alternative Uses. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver property valuation projects and portfolio analyses.
• Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation.
• Prepare market and feasibility reports to support client decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with RICS, CMVM, and internal valuation standards.
• Present valuation findings, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support market research and contribute to internal database development.
• Collaborate across service lines to enhance integrated advisory services.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or similar.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Valuation and Advisory.
• Solid understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
• Curious, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering client-focused solutions.
