A Day in the Life
adpromo content submitter in Veeva Promomats (surgical adpromo material compliance system) - identify, search and create product, clinical and health economic claims and ensure a high quality submission. Communicate and collaborate with reviewers & content owners to apply necessary changes until full approval of the material.Preferred qualification: lifesciense degree (knowledge of scientific text/content adequacy) & technical skills to work in a platforms in the cloud.

- This is an intern position
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Regulatory Specialists, etc.) to submit marketing content and collateral trough the AdPromo compliance process and system, supporting the Western European marketing team.
You will get the content ready for submission:
Identifying claims, making sure those claims are supported by scientific evidence and literature and reflect it in the collateral (adding the citations, references and superscripts and footnotes following MDT guidelines).
Using the MDT knowledge database to find existing literature to support the claims and learning the process to incorporate new literature in the library.
Collaborating with marketing, project owners and creative agencies and providing guidance for a high standard quality prior to the submission.
Collaborating with project owners to understand the scope of the project and provide guidance to publish compliant content (digital ads, landing pages, etc.)
Collaborating with marketing and project owners to understand complex projects and provide guidance for an effective content submission.
Been able to communicate with designers/ agencies to clearly explain how to incorporate this information through a project management tool.
Working with marketing communications colleagues to understand priorities and expected delivery times for the submissions.
Learning, update others and ensure applicability of the process.
You will be submitting the content for revision

Learning the compliance submission platform and become an expect in searching, linking, tagging and creating claims
Assigning correct reviewers by content type
Submitting content following standard SLAs
Learning the process to localize content from other regions.
Checking the content is aligned with the instructions for use of the products
Competences: High organizational capacity, proactivity, communication skills and teamwork, keen to learn and take on challenges.
Work Experience: Not required. Internship only.
Education: Graduate.
Type of Degree: Scientific/Health Sciences (Biomedical engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology; Chemistry, Physics); Postgraduate degree in Marketing is a plus.
Minimum requirements: Office (Advanced): Word, Excel and Power Point. Scientific Knowledge
Languages: English (Reading: Advanced level (C1) / Writing: Advanced level (C1) / Conversation: Advanced level (C1))

- Internship agreement
- Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6months)
- Full time
- Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
- Office presence: minimum 2 days/week
- Study aid of €1000 gross/month + F
