Job Summary
The NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER works under the direction of the warehouse manager; responsible for the night shift operations including oversees the pulling and staging of outgoing product; oversees loading of delivery trucks; provides training and direction for teammates; can fill in for all related warehouse positions; misc. duties.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Take ownership and have pride in your job.
- Ensure the correct tires are loaded on the trucks and in the right way, each and every time.
- Supervise, direct, train, and develop teammates.
- Train, coach, motivate, appreciate and develop employees/teammates
- Track productivity of each teammate and hold them accountable for reaching goals.
- Notify/work with the warehouse manager on items that need done or improved.
- Responsible for employee recruiting, staffing, scheduling, time cards, evaluations, safety, etc.
- Responsible for managing and resolving conflict in the work environment by using the company values as a guide.
- Secure building before leaving.
- Turn off lights, set alarm, lock doors, etc.
- Respond to after hour alarms.
- Must be able to perform all employees’ job duties and cross-train employees.
- Help out with any other duties needed.
- Help out where needed within operations in the event of an absence.
- Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor.

- Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
- Must possess a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Must possess strong planning and organizational skills.
- Must play close attention to details.
- Ability to delegate work and train others.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a continuous basis.
Expectations
- Assist in the hiring, training and evaluation of employees.
- 10 or less mis-ships per month, from the entire shift.
- Increase/maximize employee productivity.
- Enforce safety rules and company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of supervisory experience
