Responsibilities
- Accept jewelry for repair
- Assist sales team with customer orders
- Assist customers with concerns
- Facilitate delivery of merchandise to customers

- Organized and good at multi-tasking
- Comfortable at handling phone calls and in person correspondence

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
