We're looking for a player/coach style leader who can lead the PPP (People Partnering and Performance) Division (of 3) whilst also working closely with our Revenue leaders across the USA.

What will you be doing:

• Leading the People, Partnership, and Performance area including a team of 3 direct reports (all based in Europe)
• Ideating and implementing a range of projects around Engagement, Experience, and Performance
• People Partner for the Revenue Division (leaders based across the US and the UK with team members in Estonia also)
• Contributing to and engaging with the wider People Division as a member of the People Leadership team
• Ownership over specific SaaS tooling including Culture Amp and Coursera
• Ultimately playing a critical role in ensuring we create the infrastructure for trust online

• The ability to engage, influence, and partner with employees at all levels of our organization
• Someone who’s determined to make an impact and has the courage to experiment with innovative ideas
• Demonstrable projects that showcase the enhancement of Performance with an organization
• Someone who is comfortable in a fast paced environment and is willing to embrace change
• Ideal candidate will reside within the Eastern Time Zone (EST) of the United States

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $115,000-$145,000 USD per year.  Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
