Connectors are the heart of Workato platform, enabling seamless integration and empowering businesses to unlock the full potential of their technology stack. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Workato’s Connectors development. You will be responsible for the Connectors area, managing some of the most important connector areas hands on, and empowering the development team with processes that ensure proper maintenance and timely updates of the 300 core Workato connectors. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and customers and requires both strategic, long-term thinking and hands-on product management.

You will collaborate with other team product managers responsible for particular connectors areas, assuming that your role will be leading in the team. You will also closely collaborate with the development team, among other things helping them to shape the processes in a way that ensures best predictability, performance and transparency.

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for the ERP connectors and other connector areas you will own personally.

• Triage incoming product enhancements and bug requests, making decisions on acceptance and priority.

• Continuously work on the team processes with focus on performance and delivery predictability.

• Understand the users, market, and competition.

• Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, development, and delivery.

• Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders.

• Define key metrics and measure the performance of the product features.
