256-3 Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst 4 to provide exceptional customer service in support of both project and work request needs. This role involves joining ongoing projects focused on implementing new IT solutions that improve efficiency and enhance public service. These solutions utilize current technologies and involve collaboration with subject matter experts, vendors, and members of the public.

Key responsibilities include serving as the liaison between project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, and leading efforts to develop strategies and gather requirements for future enhancements and related initiatives. This person will also contribute to broader operational and support activities within the Business Analyst team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-7 years conducting business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation
• Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s)
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps, and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions
• Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance with the statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts
• Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use
• Minimum of 1 year working on IT infrastructure projects
• Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations
