This will require collaborating across the business and its functions, including Requirements and Capabilities, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain, Legal, Contracts and Compliance, Systems, Strategy and Global Operations, and others. The successful candidate will have a record of success in leading with influence, building support, motivating others, promoting teamwork, fostering open communication, establishing trust, and showing adaptability.
