Who we are
Scania Pilot Partner is a new function to increase speed and focus on the e-mobility. We are aiming for an entrepreneurial “company mindset” with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the e-Mobility business. We create and sell proof of concept solutions in segments and/or applications where no mature solution exists yet. We reduce risk by taking full responsibility for profit and loss but also by supporting uptime for the customer during the contract period. Our working environment is characterized by high integrity, a flat hierarchy and collective leadership. The team is highly diverse and global since we have team members in Australia, Germany, Gothenburg and Södertälje.
 
About the role
Your work as an Customer Operations Analyst is to be a specialist in Pilot Partner customers. This means for example to interview the customer, understand their business and challenges.
Summary of responsibilities: 
-    Collecting customer insights about Pilot Partner solutions.
-    Fetch data and analyse it to create insights and share this within Scania in best possible way.
-    Be the team player that asks the colleagues frequently about status of the Pilot Partner solutions, and are eager to hear from them what’s happening.
-    Be the one that share and present Pilot Partner insights to Scania and TRATON Group
 

 

Your tasks:
-    Collecting data from Pilot Partner sold solutions and partner customers. Both from Södertälje and often at customer site.
-    Customer sites are in Sweden, Norway, Germany and Australia. 
-    The work is to collect data, onboard data from vehicles offboard as failure reports and offboard directly from the customer or partners.
-    Share and create knowledge within Scania/TRATON Group/Partners via reports and presentations.

 

The role holds a unique opportunity to get experience working with international customers in an era with new technique and business, all these with Scania’s end-customers from a Head Office perspective and at the same time get air time in different forums to share the experience.

 

Who you are
To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, flexible when plans change and service minded with focus on the customer. You possess good leadership qualities and you can talk eye-to-eye with anyone in the organization. We are looking for someone who is strong in communication and do presentations easily and could catch the audience in a  natural way. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long term relationships through good communication, structure and trust. A great passion for the product.

You likely have experience from the truck business, and are used to work directly with international customers.

This position will be placed in Södertälje, and you should be prepared to travel. Our customers are international and frequent travel is a part of our work as customer operations analyst.

Driving license for truck (C) is needed before applying for this position.
