Program Overview
The Comcast Cooperative Educational Program (Co-op) immerses students into the daily operations of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. Designed for students whose curriculum allows for a cooperative learning track, the co-op becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units. Throughout the experience, there is opportunity for exposure to mentorship and professional development while having some fun along the way.
Role Overview
Connect Data Science team is a diverse collection of professionals who work with a variety of organizational roles ranging from software engineering teams whose software integrates with analytics services, network architects and engineers, to service delivery engineers who provide support for our product, testers, operational stakeholders with all manner of information needs, and executives who rely on data and insight which is critical for data driven decision making.
Co-op will get an opportunity to work with real time data by performing ETL operations and developing models that provide both a real-time and historical view into the operation of our products and services that is directly tied to Connect quarterly goals. Co-op team member will work on high-performance real-time data stores and a massive historical data set using best-of-breed and industry leading technology.
Co-op responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data mining using state-of-the-art methods.
- Perform analysis, build visualizations to support findings, document analysis findings in a clear manner to share with stake holders
- Participate in meeting with stake holders/internal team members to get business requirements, identify data sets, share insights from analysis/models
- Build application programming interface (API)/UI where needed to integrate with other applications and interface with stakeholder input
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
- Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2025, through March 27, 2026.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Base Pay: $32.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
