Accounts Payable Analyst III - SSC

Summary
The Accounts Payable Analyst III will be responsible accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Review/resolve Kofax Staging Header invoice discrepancies
• Work with Stores and Purchasing to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms
• Process manual invoices
• Understanding payment terms /other charges
• Understanding Coding (GL accounts)/Sales Tax
◦ Expenses
◦ Supplies
◦ Trade/Inventory
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Reconcile Vendor statements
• Reconcile Received Not Invoice report
• Maintain efficient and organized files and documentation in accordance to company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Scanning, copying and filing
• Assist with other projects as needed

• Four years full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Thorough knowledge of applicable accounting systems and financial chart of accounts
• MS Excel, strong 10 key by touch
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
