Job Description
Ensora Health is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions including G&A, Customer Experience, Sales, and Technology. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about building scalable, inclusive hiring practices. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, refine recruiting processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate experience. As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll also mentor others across the organization, including hiring managers, on recruiting best practices and help build learning resources that support our growth.Responsibilities
Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding across multiple departments with limited oversight.
Strategic Hiring Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Process Optimization: Refine recruiting workflows, interview kits, and evaluation frameworks to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Candidate Experience: Champion a seamless and inclusive candidate journey, ensuring timely communication and alignment with company values.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Workday and contribute to recruiting analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Early Career Programs: Partner with Strategic Business Partners to evolve college hiring programs, including outreach and execution strategies.
DEI Advocacy: Support diversity hiring initiatives through inclusive sourcing and engagement practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and other teams to promote employer branding and open roles.
Organizational Mentorship: Mentor hiring managers and cross-functional partners on recruiting processes, interview techniques, and candidate engagement.
Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, toolkits, and learning resources to support recruiting education and scalability across the organization.
