About the Role: We're seeking an exceptionally talented, well-rounded Senior Web/UI/UX Designer to transform complex B2B software concepts into clear, intuitive marketing websites and materials. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between sophisticated technical products and compelling visual storytelling, creating designs that make complex systems understandable and engaging for potential customers. You'll be critical in shaping our brand's digital presence through thoughtful user experience design that effectively communicates our product value. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design intuitive, visually compelling marketing websites that clearly communicate complex B2B SaaS products and services to prospective customers 
• Create user flows and journey maps that guide visitors through a coherent narrative about our complex technical solutions 
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for marketing websites that showcase product capabilities in an accessible way 
• Design presentation templates and marketing materials that visually translate intricate technical information into clear, persuasive stories 
• Collaborate with content strategists and product marketers to craft visual narratives that simplify complex product concepts for various audiences 
• Maintain a consistent brand experience across all digital marketing touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries 

Required Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in marketing website design with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual storytelling and design principles for B2B audiences 
• Expert-level proficiency in design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• Strong skills in creating presentation materials (primarily PowerPoint) that transform technical concepts into clear visual narratives 
• Demonstrated ability to understand and distill complex, technical B2B software concepts into engaging visual designs that “show, don’t tell” 
• Exceptional understanding of responsive web design, information hierarchy, and conversion-focused user experiences 
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create cohesive digital experiences that align with broader marketing objectives 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions that support marketing goals 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments, particularly involving complex product ecosystems 
• Background in information design or data visualization for marketing materials 
• Understanding of web analytics and how design decisions impact marketing conversion metrics 
• Experience with A/B testing and iterative design processes for marketing websites 

Base Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $151,800.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience.
