Team Lead – Accounts Receivable | LEMAN Poland

Lead our Accounts Receivable team and help drive financial excellence.

To strengthen our Finance organisation in Poland, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will lead our Accounts Receivable team, ensuring high team performance while driving continuous improvements across Accounts Receivable processes that support both our customers and the business.

You will report directly to the Finance Manager, lead a team of six employees, and play an important role in developing both people and processes within our Shared Service Hub.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 14,000–15,500 PLN gross per month.
  • Bonus: Based on current company benefits policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate the Accounts Receivable team.
  • Plan, prioritise and allocate the team's daily workload.
  • Support employee development through coaching, feedback and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented and high-performing team culture.
  • Monitor overdue receivables and drive effective collection performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as DSO, ageing balances and collection performance.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency, quality and data accuracy.
  • Support finance projects, ERP enhancements and digital initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Shared Service Hub and Group Finance.
  • Support the Finance Manager with reporting, analysis and ad hoc finance projects.

Personal qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within Accounts Receivable, Shared Services or Finance Operations.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and Accounts Receivable best practices.
  • Good accounting knowledge and understanding of how Accounts Receivable interacts with other finance processes.
  • Experience driving process improvements, standardisation and automation initiatives.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
