The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class Ads business to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue. As part of the Business Operations & Strategy team, Netflix is seeking an innovative, experienced sales onboarding curriculum manager to build new and enhance existing program elements to deliver a global, scalable onboarding experience for our new Ads employees.
The role requires collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Shared Services Teams, and Regional Talent Management Partners. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adept at project and stakeholder management, and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. The role will report directly to the Director, Ads Sales Enablement and Training.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and partner with key stakeholders to develop the onboarding program for Ads new hires in alignment with the Sales business strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to define, build, and deliver onboarding and necessary sales training (products, tools, processes) program elements that meet the relevant needs of Ads employees
- Develop and deliver communications to stakeholders and new hires to support their learning journey
- Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics to measure the impact of the Onboarding and Sales Training Program
- Evaluate program effectiveness and pivot program design and delivery as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience in a front line Ad sales role and/or building and delivering a sales onboarding experience in mid to large-scale global sales organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to independently think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen with strategic problem-solving experience
- Experience collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to design innovative solutions
- Proven program management skills including planning work, prioritizing and managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results with tight deadlines
