Overview: 

The Intern – Retail Delivery will be performing daily duties that relate to overall branch efforts, including but not limited to:

• ARCU reports – reviews, validates, and posts corrections to the sales tracking data with Programming support.
• Sales Campaign Tracking
• Branch Manager Meeting logistical coordination.
• Assist with CBP relaunch and tracking.
• Help with CSUN and CBP events.
• Test and validate changes on systems utilized by the division with programming support.
• Assist management with researching and producing reports and presentations.
• Perform System Administrator responsibilities in Salesforce.
• Conduct Branch Playbook audits.
• Participate in ad hoc projects to advocate for the division.
• May work on special projects, presentations, and report building.
• Liaison in our projects for assisting with Automation or basic testing (as backup Branch Operations Administrator).

The goals of this internship will be to acquire knowledge on Banking. Internships will run during Summer 2025 months for 10-12 weeks. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week.

Project To Be Completed During Internship:

The Intern will be charged with helping the Regional Directors deploy a summer sales campaign for the Branch Network from creation to implementation including assigning goals, designating prizes, and overseeing all data to support the campaign including updating sales and incentives reporting, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements

 What We Are Looking For:

• Internships candidates are required to be a current Junior or Senior level university student in a Business, Marketing or Communication program (preferred). 
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Organized with an outgoing personality
• MS Office Suite (especially Word, Outlook and Power Point) and Advanced Excel skills.
• Must be available to work full-time during the Credit Union’s core business hours.

The pay range for this position is: $20.00 / hour
