Job Description
The Role:
GM Envolve has traditionally been a leader of fleet vehicle sales in the rental, commercial and government segments. Going forward, GM Envolve is transforming beyond vehicle sales, bringing holistic Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Government (B2G) solutions to small, medium, and large organizations; focusing on complete end-to-end B2B/B2G solutions to help our partners meet their business goals. The GM Envolve Team seeks an ambitious, experienced and thorough Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst will contribute to strategic decision-making by providing logical and data-driven analysis. Primary focus will be on short-term and long-term volume forecasting and inventory management to ensure GM Envolve meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales objectives.

- Support Forecasting/Business Volume Planning
- Support Objective Planning
- Overaged Inventory Management
- Support Senior Leadership Analysis Requests
- Field Scorecard Preparation
- Month-End Reporting
- S&P Global (Polk) Reporting
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
Additional Job Description:
Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ functional experience in Forecasting, Market Analysis, Planning, Sales and/or Finance.
- Automotive industry knowledge, including competitor activities and industry trends.
- Expert level of Excel and advanced level of PowerPoint.
- An agile analytical mindset with outstanding quantitative skills.
- Ability to communicate complex subject matter for a diverse audience.
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- Cross-functional experience and cross-cultural awareness.
- Strong strategic thinking ability
- NAEZQ and S&P Global (Polk) Skill set
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA
- Enjoy solving the most intractable problems and dealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Relationship-building across multiple functions within a large organization.
- Knowledge of GM vehicle portfolio.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI (preferred).
