About the role
We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I - to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility Rocky Mount, NC
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you will help maintain a safe working environment.

- Support Teamwork: Communicating effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow.

Education:
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.
- Basic engine setup to harness and de-harness engines for testing
- Coordinating with team members while using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
