We are currently looking for a:
Sea Life Park Hawaii-Ticket Office/Parking Booth
Roles & Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
• Sells tickets for admission, annual passes, stroller rentals, lockers, all interactive programs and other park programs; counts and collects vouchers and payments, and prepares necessary forms to established standards and procedures.
• Extend services in a courteous manner to visitors upon entering the park; provide information, park handouts, coupons and direction to visitors about show times, locations, park products, programs; provide assistance to visitors with concerns for first aid requests, lost and found items.
• Prepare and coordinate for daily operation of interactive programs, guest payments, parking lot; opening and closing of ticket office;
• Communicates with Reservations Department when refunds are to be given to customers with vouchers.
• Communicates with Reservations Department when customers need changes on transportation on the day of visit.
• Cashiers will pick up and count the starting cash in the cash room each morning.
• Complete appropriate forms and receipts for tour & school groups and all other guests; ensure that all paid customers are properly identified with a wristband for re-entrance into park grounds.
• Complete reports of daily sales and complimentary admissions..
• Collect mail from Ticket Office mailbox and bring to the ticket office and occasional stocking of items..
• Assist guests with lost and found items and logging unclaimed items.
• Participates in periodic staff meetings.
• Maintains safe environment for guests and staff and a clean and comfortable work environment.
• Dispense coupons for various park promotions.
• Complete wrist band reports.
• Operation of parking booth as well as monitoring Visitor Parking Lot.
