Apply now and join SD Worx on this exciting journey!</p><p><strong>Overview</strong>:<br/> As the <strong>Payroll Senior Specialist</strong>, you will play a critical role in leading the payroll services for our newly created SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization. This role includes payroll delivery assurance with high quality operational support across various areas, but not limited to, continuous payroll through payroll control centre, garnishments, payroll policies and payroll controls, compliance controls payment releases and reporting to the local authorities. You will be responsible for orchestrating payroll service delivery for customers within the team and ensuring seamless execution of tasks of the payroll workbook.</p><p>As a payroll subject matter expert (SME) you will provide guidance, mentorship and training to the medior team members, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Furthermore, this role supports in defining and establishing global and local standard payroll processes. You will also support design, implementation, and maintenance of global payroll and HR business process standards. Recommend the most appropriate solutions that ensure alignment with global standards.</li> <li>Lead the creation and development of the Local Target Operating Model (TOM), collaborating with global teams to build country operating models that integrate global and local standards and best practices.</li> <li>Ensure that global a
