Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Designing and implementing custom software solutions in a Low Code/No Code Environment ITSM environment.

• Develop and configure IBM Tririga applications and solutions.

• Identifying gaps in existing systems and developing solutions to fill those gaps.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs.

• Mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Plan and implement upgrades, cloning, releases (use of update sets) and other related efforts to ensure environments are maintained at proper versions and releases.

• Staying up-to-date with Low Code No Code platform updates and developments and recommending improvements where appropriate.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IBM Tririga framework and architecture.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and software testing.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.

• Experience with SQL databases and Oracle Databases Management Systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and end-users.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Work with agile development methodologies adhering to best practice.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development with a minimum of 5 years of experience with IBM Tririga development and customization.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IBM Certified Tririga developer is preferred.

• Experience working with Real Estate Management Implementation.

• Experience working in a DoD/Federal Government environment.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
