We offer 12-week internship opportunities within our different Global People Functions. To learn more, check out our <a href="https://careers.servicenow.com/early-career">Early Career Page! </a> </p><p>Opportunities within the Global People organization include: </p><p><strong>Global People &amp; Product Service Delivery Team </strong></p><p>Global People &amp; Product Service Delivery Team is our HR Shared Services/program management team, who provide the support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding/offboarding).  </p><p><strong>People Insights Team</strong> </p><p>The People Insights team works closely with our People Analytics &amp; Engineering, People Science &amp; Research, AI, Data Operations, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams to execute projects across the People Insights organization. </p><p><strong>Talent Acquisition &amp; Management Team (Support Strategic Initiatives)</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the execution of key global initiatives that have a direct impact on the future of the TA&amp;M function.</li><li>Own and manage one component of a larger initiative from start to finish, including contributing ideas supported by research and data, and sharing the results with the team.</li><li>Help document and organize the details of ongoing initiatives to ensure they are ready for transition to the permanent owner.</li><li>Assist in gathering feedback from stakeholders and ensuring communication is clear and effective.</li></ul><p><strong>Total Rewards Team </strong></p><p>The Compensation &amp; Benefits Intern will be a critical trusted partner in supporting all aspects of Total Rewards. </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, <strong>pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology</strong>, and graduating on or after December 2025 </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion. </p></li></ul><p><em>Not sure if you meet every qualification?
