Job Description

Primary Job Function:

The primary objective of this position is to provide financial leadership and business support for the GIC portfolio. Specifically, this position is responsible for financial planning and analysis related to Plan, LBE, LRP and month-end close, decision-making support and recommendations to Senior Management taking into consideration market dynamics, market share, market access and resourcing and strategic related to this franchise. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements and staff development as required.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Lead all aspects for planning and reporting for Linzess and Viberzi (GIC Portfolio) rebates/discounts for Plan, LBE and LRP
2. Update all monthly and Plan/LBE schedules.
3. Assist with routine LBE submissions.
4. Take the lead in forecasting all product rebate/discount rate and utilization for all payer channels. 
5. Understand and discuss all price related variances on a monthly and plan cycle basis.
6. Attend routine planning meetings and Plan/LBE/LRP meetings with the brand team.  Primary contact for brand team for any pricing related questions.
7. Work with forecasting and commercial finance to present a consolidated net sales message.
8. Additional ad-hoc project work and analysis.
9. Coordinate timing of consolidated reporting and key deliverables for the US GIC Portfolio
10. Prepare Quarterly Landing file for Demand Planning net sales estimate
11. Key Contact for Investor Relations information and analyses
