As an RN/LPN in our Recovery Services department, you'll be responsible for providing nursing services to clients in a variety of settings, including residential care facilities, behavioral health programs, and outpatient clinics. Your duties will include performing nursing assessments, evaluating client physical and mental health, and creating treatment plans. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations, and create treatment plans for clients.
· Evaluate client physical and mental health, and coordinate care with our interdisciplinary team.
· Administer medications, monitor client health status, and provide disease prevention and health education as needed.
· Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice.
· Must be willing to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in.
· Must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to individuals we serve.
Additional Qualifications:
· Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
· Ability to work with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, and maintain calm and professionalism in crisis situations.
Physical Requirements:
· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
· Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
