He/she is primarily responsible for enhancing the quality of services that are being provided to the customers. Field BizzTech Supervisors are the first line of leadership to support their teams and strive to promote high company standards and ensure policies are adhered to. They are also responsible for developing regional markets and supporting other regions through Business Development. <br><br>

<strong>Impactful Work:</strong> You'll ensure health and safety compliance, provide first aid and incident reports, perform health screenings, and draw blood when certified.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Are You Ready to Join Our Team?</strong></div><div>We're seeking dedicated professionals with education or experience in:</div><ul>
<li>EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent</li>
<li>Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse</li>
<li>Or with additional in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant</li>
</ul><div><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>At least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")</li>
<li>Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)</li>
<li>Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Additional Notes:</strong></div><ul>
<li><strong>Travel is required</strong></li>
<li>Supervise Technicians and communicate with FSMs</li>
<li>Research, organize, and attend events to promote On-Site Health & Safety</li>
<li>Prepares and monitors weekly/monthly team meetings<br><br>
