Broadridge is Hiring! We are seeking an Associate within Securities Lending Industry with experience in the Domestic & International Equity Operations. The expectations of the Associate are that he/she performs their duties with a high level of attention to detail and excellent customer service. The Securities Lending team here at Broadridge supports a multitude of clients. While the team's volume and daily activity is weighted towards the US market, our coverage includes INTL markets as well. Although there are client specific functions performed by the independent teams, there are similarities when processing across client streams. With the right training and motivation, you will be able to enrich your knowledge because of the broad client base that Broadridge has. Broadridge gives you exposure to many entities rather than working in one shop on one function. Because of this, the opportunity to develop your career is greater and can be done in a shorter amount of time.
Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing contract comparison and working with counterparties to resolve discrepancies
- Accepting loan returns and allocating according to pre-defined criteria
- Communicating borrow returns to counterparties
- Communicating outgoing recalls to fulfill internal requirements
- Analyzing daily stock loan buy in activity and providing periodic updates to front office stakeholders
- Reconciling daily intra-day cash balances between vendor applications and settled depot activity
- Reconciling aggregate cash balances between vendor application and books and records
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues
- Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the securities lending space.
- Reconciling daily intra-day cash balances between vendor applications and settled depot activity
- Reconciling aggregate cash balances between vendor application and books and records, Contract Compare, Contract Consolidation, Break Resolution and END of the Day
- Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Experience with trade settlement and reconciliation
- Knowledge with the recall and buy-in process, preferred
- Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Loanet / Global One / DTC / BPS

Salary Range: 75,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD annual
