Requirements

Senior Energy Engineer:  This is where you come in.

We are seeking an outstanding Senior Energy Engineer to join MacDonald Miller as a member of our growing engineering team. The energy engineers support the Performance Contracting (PC) team, which focuses on optimization and energy efficiency of existing buildings. In this role you will perform ASHRAE Level I & II audits assessing, identifying, and analyzing energy savings opportunities in existing buildings, develop scopes of work for identified Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs), analyze building operation via building DDC trending and/or deploying data loggers, calculate energy savings for identified EEMs, develop Measurement and Verification plans, and work to secure available incentives, rebates, and grants.  The analysis of the buildings and energy systems will be published in a Benchmark report, Preliminary Scoping Assessment, Preliminary Audit, or an Investment Grade Audit.
