General Manager

Papa Murphy's Pizza is currently seeking a General manager for immediate hire. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the running of the store
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
• Must set the example
• Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years management experience
• Must have quick service restaurant experience
• Must have attention to detail on food quality
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced friendly environment
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must display maturity, patience and good people skills

Benefits:

• $50,000 - $62,000 per year salaried position, dependent upon experience
• Eligible for additional $1,500 per month bonus by hitting Key Performance Indicators
