The One 23 Group, a Virginia-based Government Contractor, seeks a TOP SECRET Cleared Program Manager local to Springfield, Virginia area.
RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager to lead and oversee all contractor work performed under a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Federal client. The Program Manager (PM) will ensure that all contractual requirements are met and will serve as the primary point of contact for the government and other key stakeholders. The PM will possess the corporate authority to direct, execute, and control all contractor staff and subcontractors providing support services.
- Act as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Ensure that all contractor performance complies with contractual requirements.
- Direct, execute, and control all contractor staff and subcontractors.
- Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale projects within the Federal Market Space.
- Ensure the timely and effective resolution of technical issues and challenges.
- Maintain open communication with government stakeholders, providing prompt responses to requests for discussions or resolution of technical problems within 2 hours of notification.
- Ensure availability to the COR via telephone between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting large-scale projects in a Federal Market Space.
- Certifications: Must possess one of the following certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and delivering high-quality results.
Clearance:
- Must possess an active TOP SECRET clearance.
