JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Office of the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies in the College of the Liberal Arts is seeking a Student Awards Assistant to support processes to administer awards from endowed student scholarship accounts.
What You’ll Do:
Using eSteward and other university systems, process scholarships, prizes, and enrichment and other awards to student recipients from endowed accounts.
Notify student recipients of scholarships, prizes, and enrichment and other awards.
Coordinate with and serve as the primary point of contact for the College of the Liberal Arts for Complete Penn State; Career Enrichment Network enrichment funding; department awards; scholarships, and prizes.
Update, use, and maintain the Liberal Arts scholarships database, including serving as a liaison for technical issues.
Monitor Liberal Arts scholarships service account e-mail address, including maintaining and issuing responses to frequently asked questions and responding to standard inquiries.
Assist with promoting Liberal Arts scholarships at activities and events.
