Your Mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take a leading role in driving the tactical execution of our product initiatives. Your primary focus will be on delivering complex product features and enhancements that align with both customer needs and business goals.

You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for your assigned area, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategy.
• Set a clear vision for teams, building trust and empowering cross-functional collaboration to achieve larger goals.
• Regularly integrate user feedback and business goals into prioritization decisions, maintaining alignment with the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams through Agile best practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and feature releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives.
• Strategically apply problem-solving frameworks to complex challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing key product performance metrics.
• Provide mentorship to junior product managers, supporting them through execution challenges.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, managing complex product initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business goals to product execution.
• Proficiency in backlog management to keep Agile teams focused on delivering maximum value.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), with a record of scaling and tailoring processes across multiple teams.
• Experience in release planning and delivering features in manageable increments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform prioritization and evaluate success.
• Experience delivering large-scale, high-impact product solutions—ideally in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.
• A strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving real user needs with innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make complex decisions confidently.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and partners when necessary.
• Capability to mentor junior product managers in Agile best practices.
• Strong leadership to guide cross-functional Agile teams.
• Clear communication of product vision and goals in an Agile context.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in high-transaction environments with complex user needs.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools to measure and optimize product performance.
• Background in B2B environments, managing client partnerships and aligning product strategy.
• Strong track record of building business cases for new product opportunities and expansion initiatives.
