Borcherding Buick GMC has a need for a Vehicle Sales Manager. Candidates must be proficient in working in the CRM and willing to work closely with our salespeople daily. The Sales Manager will assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Sales Dept., including: sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, foster a positive workplace, and display effective leadership skills. Position will report to GM.

Current KDG Employees get first consideration. External candidates will be considered after Thursday, January 23rd, 2025.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a current Salesperson OR 2+ years experience as a Used Car Manager
• Salespersons provide Oct. 2023 page from Top Gun Report confirming sales in top 50% of your dealership YTD
• F&I Managers provide Stone Eagle Report and be within the top 50%.
• Provide your CSI numbers for YTD 2023
• Strong computer skills including CDK, DriveCentric, and vAuto
• Good math skills
• College a plus
• Positive reference from current GM will be requested at time of offer
