This position reports to the Global Tax Accounting and Reporting Manager and will be located in Summit – NJ.

Role reports to: Global Tax Accounting and Reporting Manager

Location: Summit, NJ; Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.  This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Travel Requirement: Up to 10%

Pay: $73k-$102k

 

What you will do 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the preparation global income tax provision coordinating and working closely with the co-source provider(s).
  • Review global tax provision calculations prepared by the co-source provider for forecast, interim and annual tax provisions in ONESOURCE tax provision.
  • Perform general ledger postings, account analysis and reconciliations of tax accounts.
  • Facilitate the preparation and review of the company’s federal tax returns, estimated payments and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms for North America (US, Canada and Puerto Rico).
  • Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation for North America (US, Canada and Puerto Rico).
  • Identify opportunities and risks for process improvement and automation in tax accounting and reporting.

 

What we are looking for 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting/Finance, or any related business is required.
