Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as a growth lead to drive all aspects of proposal development (solutioning, writing, pricing, etc.)
• Analyze RFIs and RFPs for customer requirements and develop a solution that fits the needs of the customer
• Understand the competitive landscape and develop price-to-win strategies to submit winning proposals
• Develop thought leadership pieces to include white papers, lead prototypes, and proofs of concepts relevant to opportunities
• Conceptualize an innovative technology strategy and execute against that strategy
• Interact with senior-level customers to build relations, introduce new technologies, and present opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the delivery team to infuse technology, Agile principles, and human-centered design best practices, where applicable
• Approach IT solutions from multiple perspectives (such as business, organization, security, data, and technology)
• Understand new technology solutions to present design and implementation details to customers
• Able to execute within the small business regulations, specifically those related to the SBA 8(a) program

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience involving IT solutions, applications modernization, Agile practices, cloud, and cybersecurity processes
• Experience developing white papers, RFI responses, and proposals
• Experience as a Technology Solution Architect in support of government CIO/CTO organizations
• Experience and knowledge of applications modernization, agile development, DevSecOps, and low-code/no-code platforms
• Experience in a customer-facing role using DevOps concepts such as SCM, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, observability, etc
• Experience with engineering tools, including Confluence, Jira, BigPicture, and others
• Experience and knowledge of the NIST control framework
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excellent writing skills involving customer-ready presentations, proposal content, and technical documentation
• Excellent presentation skills to different audiences, including senior-level clients, business SMEs, and developers
• Experience with developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and industry partners
• Relevant certifications (SAFe Agilist, CSM, PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, Cloud Solution Architect, etc.)
• Ability to work as a self-starter, take initiative, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel (up to 20%) to meet with clients and teaming partners, support proposal efforts, and attend conferences.

Salary Range $125K-$135K
