Summary of Job Duties:

The Anatomic Pathology department is seeking a motivated individual to join our team! Are you looking for an exciting career in a hospital setting that explores human anatomy daily? Our team works closely with Pathology residents and Pathologists to aid in tissue processing in the lab. We handle specimens as tiny as a mustard seed to full size limbs! This position is also responsible for ensuring correct documentation for patients entering and leaving our morgue along with basic assistance with post mortem examinations. If these things excite you, this job is for you!

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associates degree in laboratory science, medical laboratory technology degree - OR - 60 credit hours obtained from an accredited institution that must include 24 credit hours in Medical Technology or Science Courses which include 6 credit hours of Biology & 6 credit hours of Chemistry.
