Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd shift

As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic your schedule will be from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (some weekends hours as required), you’ll also oversee daily product manufacturing, following precise recipes. Gain experience across various production lines while enjoying competitive pay and support from our compassionate leadership. Your role involves maintaining control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, basic electrical components, and plumbing.

By reducing breakdowns and optimizing maintenance, you’ll contribute to our success. All tasks align with company and regulatory standards, including SQF, HACCP, GMP, OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA policies 

What you’ll do: 

• Prioritize Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by promptly reporting any safety issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Engage in Safety Programs: Actively participate in safety programs, including attending training sessions, conducting near-miss assessments, and contributing to plant audits.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to Safe Quality Food (SQF) protocols, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards.
• Maintain Equipment: Utilize technical skills to plan, install, troubleshoot, and maintain plant equipment, including electrical systems, following blueprints and trade instructions.
