BWXT is currently seeking a Site Finance Lead for its Euclid, OH location!

This is a fast-paced, continually evolving position suitable for an adaptive person who enjoys being challenged and looks forward to development opportunities. This position has the flexibility to be in the office or on a hybrid schedule.
Job Description/Duties:
- Acts as the daily contact for the Northern Site Manager for the revenue financial aspects of the facility.
- Prepares financial analysis reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual review meetings.
- Prepares complex financial reports and analyzes unusual items.
- Participates in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Evaluates existing data to determine trends; makes recommendations to reflect those trends.
- Cross-trains with other department personnel to provide sufficient coverage of departmental responsibilities for other plants.
- Will self-direct tasks and responsibilities.
- Assumes a leadership role for special projects.
- Emphasize on cross training and working with others at other plants.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- Must possess at least five (5) or more years of related experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.

The base salary range for this position in Ohio at the start of employment is expected to be between $62,000 and $109,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement. The company further reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment, compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance,
